White Chocolate Peppermint Matcha Latte

Ingredients: 

- Two teaspoons Aikenka Matcha- Kagoshima Ceremonial Grade Matcha

 - 2 ounces of water (175 degrees F or 80 C)

- 1 cup of hot milk of your choice

- White chocolate sauce or melted chocolate chips

- 1 1/2 tbsp of peppermint syrup

- Mint leaves or crushed candy cane for garnish (optional)


Recipe

1.) Sift matcha into a matcha bowl

2.) Pour water into matcha.

3.) Whisk vigorously until frothy.

4.) Drizzle white chocolate into the bottom of a mug.

5.) Add peppermint syrup

6.) Add hot milk

7.) Add matcha shot

8.) Stir

9.) Top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed candy cane.
